Nous avons fait une offre sur une maison. Nous avions 30 jours pour vendre notre maison. Nous avons fait appel à Pina et son équipe. Le lundi soir nous avons signé le contrat avec elle à 21h; le mardi matin à 7:30 la pancarte était installée; à 10h00 le photographe était sur place. Le listing était prêt le soir même à 20h sur centris. Le mercredi à 17h nous avons reçu l’offre de nos acheteurs (10k au dessus de notre prix demandé).
