**Rental conditions**
a) All promise to lease have to be conditional on the lessor being able to carry out a credit check, to his entire satisfaction, within 7 days of accepting an acceptance promise to lease. If, for whatever reason, the credit check has not been carried out within this period, the promise to lease becomes null and void from the expiry of the period mentioned above.
